1. Scope and developer

This Privacy Policy applies to Verity Hotel: Horror Escape (package online.ecomguide.grannyverity), an Android horror adventure game published by ECOMGUIDE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The game does not require an account.

2. Advertising and data processing

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show interstitial and opt-in rewarded advertisements. Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location
  • App interactions, including app launches, taps, ad views, and video views
  • Diagnostic and app-performance information
  • Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID when available

Google states that this information is encrypted in transit. Depending on your location and privacy choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. ECOMGUIDE LLC does not sell personal information.

3. Local game data

Game progress and preferences are saved locally on your device so the game can remember your progress between sessions. This local information is not sent to us. It remains on the device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. We do not keep a server-side copy and therefore cannot retrieve or restore deleted progress.

4. Consent, privacy choices, and Google services

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage consent where required. When applicable, an Ad Privacy option in the app lets you reopen Google's privacy choices. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device's privacy settings.

Google processes Mobile Ads information under its own policies:

5. Device permissions

The app does not request access to contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, financial information, or files outside the app's storage. A network connection is used to request ads, consent information, and related Google services. Local game progress is not uploaded to an ECOMGUIDE LLC server.

6. Children’s privacy

Verity Hotel: Horror Escape is a fictional horror game intended for teens and adults and is not directed to young children. Its audience and advertising configuration are maintained consistently with the age groups selected in Google Play.

7. Data security and retention

Google states that Mobile Ads SDK information is encrypted in transit. Game progress remains on the device and can be deleted by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. ECOMGUIDE LLC does not operate a gameplay-account or cloud-save server and cannot restore deleted progress.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, advertising SDK, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision.
